We produce our egg powders from high quality antibiotic-free eggs, thanks to specialised in-house suppliers of the Wozniak Group. The functional properties of albumen are widely used in the food industry and its long shelf life gives a wide range of uses. In addition, it optimises the production chain thanks to the final form of the product - less waste (no need to dispose of egg shells).
