WHOLE EGG POWDER

Whole egg powder is obtained by mechanically breaking, filtering, homogenization, pasteurization, and drying of whole egg. Mostly used in bakery, confectionery, pasta or for sauces and mayonnaise production. Long shelf life of up to: 24 months.

EGG YOLK POWDER / Heat stable

Egg yolk powder is obtained by mechanically breaking, filtering, homogenization, pasteurization and drying of hen egg yolk. Mostly used in HoReCa, bakery, confectionery, pasta or for sauces and mayonnaise production. Long shelf life of up to: 24 months.

LIQUID WHITE

Liquid white is obtained by mechanically breaking, filtering, homogenization, pasteurization and chilling of albumin separated from the hen egg. Mostly used in bakery and confectionery production.
